Welcome to Majestik Massage. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations and Confirmations

Reservations are confirmed upon partial or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved service.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.

4. Punctuality

Clients are requested to be prepared to receive the service at the agreed time.
Our therapists will arrive 15 minutes early to set up the service.
Delays caused by the client may result in a reduction of treatment time without adjustment to the total cost.
An additional charge of €1 per minute per therapist will apply for waiting time.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, cash, PayPal, Revolut, and Wise.
Payments must be completed prior to the start of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

6. Health and Safety Policy

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy at the time of booking.
Majestik is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
If the therapist determines that a treatment is unsafe due to medical or safety reasons, the service may be canceled or modified.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

All information provided by clients will be treated as confidential and used solely for service-related purposes.

8. Service Modifications

Majestik reserves the right to adjust the duration or type of service due to unforeseen factors, always ensuring the highest quality experience.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is to provide a sublime experience. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, we encourage you to contact us so we can address it immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

Majestik will not be held liable for any delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or emergencies.
Majestik is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse of our services or failure to disclose relevant medical information.
In no event shall Majestik’s liability exceed the amount paid for the booked service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
